Dante comes from a series in which he undergoes an immense amount of physical trauma regularly and, despite brushing it off nonchalantly, it's unlikely that it hasn't affected him quite a bit. It's unlikely to come up in normal RP but he's also gone through a lot of mental anguish and buries it deep! Sexual assault does come up in a novelization prequel to Devil May Cry as something he's gone through as well.
⯌ Personality
Dante is a young man who seemingly seeks out thrills in hunting down demons and devils and making everything he does seem effortless and cool. While he has a troubled past, it's evident that he just wants to have fun and enjoy life but circumstances often rob him of those opportunities.
Everything about him screams that he's irritated or fighting boredom to some extent and it shows in the mean-spirited and facetiously good-humored way he'll regularly lash out. Despite that, he's particularly kind to people, especially if he's concerned that he's wronged them or they'll be in a pinch without him. He'll turn down work if it doesn't seem like it could lead him closer to his goals but still has a soft spot and will work for small potatoes or even waive his fees.

The Legendary Dark Knight Dante is a devil hunter based out of Redgrave City, based in the United States. He's a mercenary that takes on various jobs, operating primarily as a demon hunter who's made a reputation for himself by being a psychopath who doesn't go down no matter how hard he gets hit. Dante can be tied to many a number of different tragedies in that city, often blames as the one responsible or the one who cleaned everything up, the prior more likely than the latter.
No matter what's going on, he's always trying to make a game out of things.

He loves hugs but he'll pretend to be sketchy about it. Acting like a creep is a self-defense mechanism.

There's no indication he's immune to it but please reach out to me beforehand.

He fake flirts all the time like a skeevy jerk, so he doesn't mind if it's done to him. He'll reciprocate aggressive flirting to keep up the act as he's become accustomed to faking it to survive but genuinely innocent flirting is something he'll hesitate to acknowledge.

He generally only wants to fight demons/devils(only if they're hurting people or about to). Please ask beforehand!

He's been stabbed and jabbed by a lotta things before. Ask beforehand but you'll have a 99% success rate.

Dante is a puppy and he genuinely wants to be loved but he's held back by the fact that everyone he's loved being killed because they were involved with him. I primarily play M/F with him but that's not a dial set in stone.
Off-handed, but he generally doesn't want to date women with blonde hair 99% of the time. Reminders of his mother turn him off like no one's business.
